Can't connect to Galaxy at war server?

So, I've been playing this game for the past two days on the PC (loving it, by the way!) and for those two days, I get the message "Load failed.  Cannot connect to server" on the main menu screen.  However, I -am- connected to the EA servers, and have been able to play multiplayer just fine, even got a soldier to level 20 and promoted him.  However, I can't access the Galaxy at War server, for some reason.  In the multiplayer section, the galaxy map displays "system offline: unable to retrieve galaxy at war status," and has ever since I started playing on tuesday.

Any help?

I'm also having the same issue on PC, i can play online just fine but the galaxy at war stuff is all offline.

I was just on chat with EA. It took them a long time to figure it out. The best they could come up with is that there is some bug in the game and they will forward issue to developers.

But there have been a lot of people on the forums so hopefully it will get resolved. Do you have the Collector's Edition or regular. I have CE and one other post said they had CE so maybe it's something with that or if not then just with servers.

I ve got collecters on 360 and its not working even through i am able to play multi fine. I have adsl 2 so it isnt a problem with internet speed. One of the achievements is tied to glaxy at war so I hope some one will do something about this

I think it has something to do with the whole syncing with profiles. When I go to my game profiles on the social bioware network it says ME3 is synced to my account. But when I click achievements or galaxy at war it asks me to put in my password and when I do it goes right back to games profile page. When I went to someone's profile who had the game for PC and clicked his games and galaxy at war it takes me to a page with the galaxy map. But when i go to your profile bobshaw and do same thing, the same thing that happens to my profile happens. Enter password and jsut takes me back to my game profile page. so there is something weird with things linking up.

I have the same problem with the Galaxy at War map in MP! Please tell me some one how to solve this problem??

Same issues for the PC version. Multiplayer is just fine but unable to see/use Galaxy at War map. EA told me it was my internet and I needed ports open. Ports were already open from other games so...beats me.

 Same problem for me. I cannot connect to Galaxy at War server, EA servers works fine. My brother can connect with his game, but i cant so its not network problem.

I have Digital Deluxe edition for PC.

Sucks, because i cant do "happy" ending now.

Having the same problem also. I'm wondering if there's a maintenance on the servers or something? It seems a lot of people have this issue so any information on devs looking into it would be nice. Just read that MP has a pretty big impact on how your SP story can turn out too, so kinda frustrating :( Got the PC version, tried to play game with no firewalls or anything up and still nothing.

I have this same problem, it just ask my password and then it takes me back to same page

Same problem here, I think there maybe some problem when EA combining there account with Origin. When I look into my Origin account, I didn't show I have been played Mass effect 3

Was told that it was my ports blocking it from EA customer support chat. When the ports were opened, it still didn't work. Had a second guy tell me it could take 24-72 hours to sync up the accounts after registering the game to your profile. At 48 hours counting now. Wondering what the third CS support will say. I'm guessing something like, "IDK My BFF Jill".

Everyone start emailing, tweeting EA, Bioware, Casey Hudson asking about problem. More people ask them hopefully sooner they will respond. Also email IGN, Game informer etc asking them if they heard anything about it so maybe they can push EA Bioware to address issue.

For xbox360 call EA support and ask them for a Mass Effect ID
The customer support rep was awesome. He was able to fix my Galaxy at War Load Fail for Xbox and the iPhone Datapad app and documented his steps for you to reference for future reps to follow. Provide this case number and they will know what to do. 03446803. Remember to reboot your Xbox after the fix and next time you login the Galaxy at War map will load fine.
