Can't connect to Galaxy at war server?

But when I click achievements or galaxy at war it asks me to put in my password and when I do it goes right back to games profile page. When I went to someone's profile who had the game for PC and clicked his games and galaxy at war it takes me to a page with the galaxy map. But when i go to your profile bobshaw and do same thing, the same thing that happens to my profile happens. Well I haven't quite attained EDI level processing just yet.
I'm
working on a page that will allow you to click a button to create the
needed persona, the game team is still looking into the actual cause of
the bug.

The customer support rep was awesome. He was able to fix my Galaxy at War Load Fail for Xbox and the iPhone Datapad app and documented his steps for you to reference for future reps to follow. Provide this case number and they will know what to do. 03446803. Remember to reboot your Xbox after the fix and next time you login the Galaxy at War map will load fine.
