As the title says, I am unable to assign abilities to the action bars and unable to move the default abilities that are already on it.
Anyone having the same experience or know of a workaround?

Same thing over here. I'm pretty sure that's how its supposed to work. If it really drives you crazy, you can remap the key binding in options, but that could get confusing.

Why would they not allow you move things on your quick slots? That's not how it works in singleplayer, and my multiplayer team can all move theirs.

I was wondering if they locked quickbar locations in the multiplayer. I'm really interested to see if that gets confirmed.

I've just had the same problem in the PC full game yesterday.
Edit: I've just started a multiplayer game with only myself and still couldn't adjust the ability assignments in the quick slots.
