There is also a fix for the 360 if you have a PC and can get gibbed save editor. You have to transfer your save to a usb drive, then pop it into your PC, use gibbed save editor, edit the values and then close it down and re-insert it into your 360, transfer said save back to your HD and then play it again.
But yeah almost everyone has had this glitch and it's an immersion breaking one. This game is just as bad if not worse than DA2 for bugs. This game was not optimized and did not have the full bug testing that ME1 did. ME2 had bugs but not this bad. I hate that EA has forced Bioware to become this shoddy game development studio.

I don't think so...but I brough the bug to the attention to the Mass Effect twitter. Hopefully , that should help to get it rectified

Probably someone has already said this, but this seems to be a bug in what values are saved from ME2. You can open Gibbed and set true to the option for Liara touring the Normandy. With this check the initial pre-romance dialog is *almost* the same except Liara makes an explicit reference to having toured the Normandy and it only being a few months.
This never bothered me before, I never really thought about it until I saw the option in Gibbed. In-game, Liara is always somewhat insecure, so I just chalked it up to that. The "real" answer, is I think they wanted to keep the romance options open... as if anyone would romance something other Liara.

Old thread is old, but this bug has been fixed it seems. Just played the scene and she correctly recognized that they got back together in LoTSB. Not sure if it's the Extended Cut or Leviathan that fixed it, since I haven't played the scene since before those 2 DLC were out. But well done Mass Effect team!
