Can anyone suggest some very good capture cards or hardware to record and stream Xbox 360 games? Preferably to record in HQ as well as uploading on a Mac. I've heard some good things about Dazzle but would like some input from people who've used it. 

Also, for recording in HQ, will it require a good CPU?
