I've also found that even if Zaeed and Kasumi survive the suicide mission in ME2 they do not make their cameos in the missions they are desginated to be in and your import says "10" survive indicating Zaeed and Kasumi did not in fact survive & or were not recruited.

Edit: I have checked the memorial wall and they are not on it so my import in general isn't taking the DLC I downloaded and completed into consideration.

Concur. I completed Kasumis' Loyalty mission and she survived the final mission, yet she did not appear for the Hanar Diplomats side quest as predicted. Fortunately, I saved the game before the quest ending sequence and was able to reload to make the P/R decision I wanted. Disappointed. I liked Kasumi and I much prefer the outcome if she showed up as suggested.

Wait, so did you two's import summary show 10 squadmates surviving or 12? Mine shows 12, so I hope the bug doesn't come up for me.

Can someone please explain how to get Kasumi to show?

My import shows 12 survived but I've seen suggestions that you need to talk to a salarian on the citadel but there is no salarian on the citadel I can talk to so now i'm thinking my game is bugged.

guys it worked for me, did you do their loyalty missions? says survived the suicide mission with 12 members when i imported.

Mine showed 12. I completed the Zaeed one but couldn't complete Kasumi's.

Mine showed 11 (I didn't not get Kasumi's DLC) and Zaeed appeared as he was supposed to.

Not all of the Citadel is immediately accessible; and some NPCs aren't available until act 2 or later. Just keep looking out for him.

It appears the import worked fine for me. Just completed the kasumi mission earlier

I have the same problem, i bought the Mass Effect 3 CE (Xbox 360), i have the n7 hoodie, the mechanichal dog and the N7 Wargear but in i can't download the Soundtrack and i don't have all of the armor i had unlocked in ME2...does someone has the same problem? does someone knows how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

P.S: Sorry for my bad english,but im from Chile

You have to buy the armour you unlocked in ME2 from the various stores on the Citadel. They cost around 50000 credits.

To get the sound tracl you need to access your registered game content menu option in the profile section of this webpage underneath where it says whats new
