Hi, here is my problem:
I pre-ordered a physical N7 edition of ME2
(the collectors edition or CE) from an online retailer. Knowing that it
would take some time to get here, I also place a second pre-order on
Origin for the digital standard edition (the dSE).

I then went ahead and installed and registered the dSE.
Today
my CE arrived (earlier then expected). To my surprise, it idn't contain
redeem codes for any of the CE DLC (apart from "From Ashes"). Instead
it says on the flyer that this content will be automatically unlocked
when I install the game.

So I went ahead, installed the dSE and installed my CE from the discs.
However, After the installation, I did not get any new DLC or a message that this was the CE.
Furthermore, the Product key under the ME3 info tab in Origin is still the same one that I got for the dSE.
Here is my question:
Is there any way to manually activate the CE or to override the product key of the dSE in Origin with the one of the CE. Or is there any way to uninstall the dSE so completely that I can install the CE properly?
I'd be grateful for any help with this issue.
Cheers,
MrFob

Please confirm... did you use the Origin client to redeem the code from the last page of the black and white paper slip you found in the ME3 Collector's Edition steelbook case?

The code should be just above where it says "LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY" on that page.

Wow, thanks! Didn't see that code. Now I feel kinda stupid. Haha, guess I panicked a little there. This whole Origin thing makes me a little too worried I guess.
Anyway, thanks for the help! :wizard:

No problem at all... I actually committed the very same error at first as I had expected all the CE content to be within a single code. If nothing else, this is a failure of the included documentation as it could have been more specific regarding where the software title key code is supposed to be located.

Glad to hear that you're up and running!
