I've played for some time, collected items and even bought two Spectre packs for BioWare points, but then, at some point, they've all disappeared. What I think happened is that while waiting for the players in the lobby to get ready, I clicked on the "Store" button and the game started while it was loading. I've played this challenge just fine, but when it ended, it suddenly offered me to unlock BF3 and Starter pack once more. I did that, noting that there was something wrong, but to my shock all my unlocked items from before were gone, except for the ones I've unlocked just now from these two packs. Oddest thing was that I saw my weapons on another character's sceen, but when I tried to change them, they've disappeared too.
I know MP items are no big deal by themselves, but I've kinda spent not in-game credits, but actual money in BW points on them and they're just gone now, so it's not very encouraging to play more, if you know what I mean.
If tracking down which items and getting them back is too much trouble I myself remember only Geth Plasma Shotgun for sure), I would at least like to get my 320 BW points restored.
