Your ruined my most anticipated game ever.
I cried twice... When I realized that the last words that my LI said to my Shepard have been spoken, and when I saw how bad the ending is... This is all we get there will never be a better ending...
I can't forgive this, and I won't be buying any Bioware game in the future.

At this point, the only way I'd want another Mass Effect game with Shep in it, is if it were a dating sim visual novel.

I've been waiting a while too, it really does ruin it for me. It's not even what I thought was exceptable, let alone what I thought would've been great, and what've been amazing.

 I was talking about everyone, spam is not offensive, it's just repeat topics over and over again.

I agree. There were only a few people angry about this earlier, but as more people finished the game, they came straight to the board to say how disappointed they were by the end. Most of us loved the game, it's just the endings that are disappointing.

I truly do not get it... all the years, all the work they have put into crafting this story and game... all the work put into making all the decisions matter and have an impact from game to game all completely ruined with one lame generic ending.

After all they put into this story, the ending should have been the biggest part  of the game... but it just feels like they ran out of money or something to do it right.

 I liked most of the game too, but the ending is so bad I don't wan't to play it again, at least for a while.

Here's the thing BioWare is missing. A big part of Western RPGs is the fantasy element. By that I mean it allows you the fantasy of being a 'Big Fraking Hero: BioWare was more invested in themes and stroytelling and forgot that many players have claimed Shepard as their own. That is why we spend so much time carefully customizing everything in Shepard's story from the looks to the choices to who they Shepard falls in love with (if they fall in love).

Many players are invested this game and BioWare should be proud of that. It feels like a punch in the gut when we are shown that years of loyalty don't matter. Playing through 3 games and carefully considering each and every choice don't matter. It all ends the same depressing way.

I still love the game and don't regret buying the CE edition one bit, but I don't think I want to put myself through this game again. ME2's ending left me elated and happy. I felt like a hero. ME3's ending leaves me drained and depressed.

I agree completely, with ME1/2 I didn't care if there was only one ending, I always looked forward to the real ending in ME3. Too late for that.

It's hard to believe that the last 20 minutes of this game could ruin the entire series for me, but Bioware somehow pulled it off.

How did they screw up the ending this badly? Its a shame, because otherwise I really enjoyed ME3.
