I may still buy games, but my faith in them is entirely broken at this point... So no more pre-orders or collector's editions.. I'll gladly wait a month or two to hear feedbacka dn avoid this kind of disappointment.

DA2, SWTOR, and now this... Every fan has their limit, and not all of us are capable of pretending the endings didn't happen... like Star Wars fans did with the prequels.

Why would I not buy another product which I may enjoy for an ending that happens in THIS game?

If there is actual ending DLC and it's satisfying then... I'll think about it. First off, the DLC better be free since I paid for the full game. If not, then I'll never buy a game with stories and just gonna play kiddie game like Just Dance, Smash Brother Brawl on WII to save my head and prevent from me being manipulated by good initial story game.

Between DA2 and this ending, unless they release a DLC fix for a proper conclusion (paid or not), I simply see no point in getting invested in the stories anymore.
They will be the 4th company that will never see my cash again for burning me. (Lionhead (Fable III), Square-Enix (for both Deus Ex and FF), Bethesda (Skyrim) then Bioware). At which point gaming as a hobby will pretty much be gone for me, I don't buy and play as much as I used too and so many games I used to enjoy I don't anymore. Most of the ones I do are cheaper, short or indie games. Bastion was the last game I truly enjoyed and it was only about 3 hours long (been a while may be wrong but either way it's short) but beginning to end it satisfied me with it's art and music and proper conclusion to itself and better yet cost like £10 not £65.

Being a fan doesn't mean being a mindless drone who kowtows to every word or action of Bioware. Showing loyalty is good, but Bioware needs to recipricate. Lately, their actions have shown that they are not willing to do so. I'm blaming the EA influence.

Whatever. Another ship sinks, and we can add Bioware's name to the graveyard along with Konami, Square Enix, THQ, and Capcom. Development houses and publishers that put money before their product.

IMO this is not the first series Bioware has destroyed, Dragon Age 2 killed that series and now ME3 brings down another. Please Bioware, restore our hope and bring peace to our galaxy.

I might buy at least DA3 to see how BioWare works out with EA. So far it seems like EA has been a bad influence on BioWare's quality and standards, but I'm willing to give them a chance to work it out. For me DA2 wasn't too bad because it's the 2nd game in the series, not the end. There's at least another whole game to end the story on a good note (or end it horribly wrong, but I'm going to try to hold out a little hope here). But if they botch that too... yeah, I won't be buying any of their games after that for sure.

Anything with the BW logo on it might as well have pictures of kittens being murdered for me from now on. And a fixed ending won't change that. They still releases this...thing to begin with. Doesn't matter if it was an accident to disappoint the fans that much, if they don't care, or if they are planning on making a DLC and have been so from the start. They failed. Badly. The way they have handled it is also absolutely unforgivable, some random employees that should be immediately fired fighting back while there's now official word.

I won't.  Loyal fan since Kotor, defeneded them against a lot of criticism after DA2.  But I can't defend them anymore.  And I can't even begin to imagine getting invested in another one of their games with the worry of complete disappointment again.  Why would I sign myself up to get my heart broken again?  ME3's ending almost feels like being dumped by your lover, or at least the cloest equivilent a fictional story can become to a person.  It was an important part of my life, my own personal second life really, and now its gone.

It'll be interesting seeing how well their next game(s) sell... see how widespread the discontent really is...

Not buying any future game unless it's on a 50% discount. Seriously considering canceling SWTOR too.

It wouldn't be the ending that stopped me buying BioWare games. At least, not that alone. Granted, I would be very wary of putting any time and effort and getting attached to further BW games if that is what you can expect to get out of it. But the major sticking point for me is if BioWare continue their deafening silence and ignore the reactions entirely. That speaks to a company that doesn't fully care about their products and care not at all about its fans. Why would I continue to support a company that gives you that type of treatment.

I've read a few Stephen King novels in my time where I wasn't completely satisfied by the ending. That did not make me judge every other book he wrote, and I certainly enjoyed many of his stories afterwards, so this is kind of a stupid question really.

After DA2 I boycotted buying anything Dragon Age, if they don't fix the endings of ME3, I will boycott anything Bioware. Bottom line when we started the ME journey 5 years ago, we were told our decisions would have a impact and consequences on the universe and the ending we could have, in the last 15 minutes of ME3 all our choices were cast aside and had no impact whatsoever on the outcome, and the ending explained nothing, and was poorly put together.

if you want your voice heard louder got to my blog which I have a link too in my Sig , click on my ME3 review and click on the links to my polls.

1. would you Boycott Bioware if they don't fix the endings
2. do you believe Multiplayer should have no impact on the single player campaign
3. Facebook Campaign demand better endings for ME3

I will not buy anymore. Not just because of the ending it's a lot of things like EMS only if you play MP and the lies etc.

If they stick to the literal view of the ending scenes, I'll have to vote against such treatment of my favourite sci-fi franchise in the only way I can - with my wallet.
