Engineer Adams is supposed to give you a quest as soon as the Sur'Kesh quest becomes available. He has yet to even give it to me. I think this is bugged because I just completed the Sur'Kesh quest and now am onto the Tuchanka quest. He still isn't giving me his quest that I should have recieved by now. I'm not that far into the game but I don't wish to restart the game itself.

Keep playing. The quest wasn't available to me until a few missions after Sur'Kesh. Traynor will let you know when it's available.

Hello. Same thing I'm in priority Tuchanka after Turian Platoon and engineer Adams is not at the console but in the crew-room
No trace of quest(I have PC version. Sorry if i post here but the problem is the same)

For me it triggers right after Priority: Tuchanka.
