Oh gosh, no more Mordin threads, it just reminds me how depressed I am about the whole thing.
But honestly, it really did make me so sad I just can't stop talking about it with others, myself.
It's a shame his voice was so distracting before that part. But once it started happening I just didn't care--It was MORDIN and he was going to DIE! I thouroughly lost my stuff after that part.

Yeah, Mordin and Thane weren't even my fave characters in ME2 (although I did like them) and them dying felt like a knife in the gut. I think after both of those happening fairly close together is what finally broke my Shepard, I started getting a lot more ruthless after that. I had played paragon up til then, but when I saw Udina standing over the Asari councilor with a gun, I didn't even wait long enough to process anything, I just pulled the trigger, and then realized what I had just done.

Mordin and Thane died practically back to back for me and they were my sole team in ME2 so I was ridiculously upset when it happened. It's going to be so weird going back to ME2 knowing that they won't make it. I used Mordin in every mission after recruiting him first, and Thane was my primary LI in ME2 and 3.
Poor Mordin, he didn't deserve that at all.

Mordin is my favourite character. I always found it hard to play ME2 and not have him in my party. Also shooting him in my renegade play through ****ed with my soul a bit I think.
