 Anyone keep their romance with Liara from ME1 through ME3?  I romanced her in ME1, and then persued Miranda in 2, but broke it off once the Shadow Broker mission came up.  However from that point upon importing my ME2 data into 3, it only seemed to count Liara as a romance option, as no option came up for ME2.  
I persued only Liara as far as I know in ME3, but no love scene showed up.  There was a few small moments shared between her and shepard, such as a light peck on the cheek, and a mind meld before the final battle.  Did I screw up on a dialogue?

I was wondering about this as well. I romanced her in 1, actually stayed faithful through 2 and had a bunch of lovey dovey huggy fun time in LotSB, and in 3 she's been... distracted, maybe? There are some moments shared between Shep and Liara as you said (and some comments from her father that acknowledge she's your girlfriend).
However, after big things go down on the citadel, I received a bum rush of "let's hang out" emails from several crew members, Liara included. As she is my love interest, I naturally went to her first to see if she was finally going to open up. She kept referring to me as friend! I've not cheated on her or flirted with anyone else, that I know of, and when a romance question came up, she acted like it was the first time in the game she had ever considered it. Did I mess up somewhere along the line? Is she trying to break up with me? Is she just super aloof now that she has a new, very involved job?

I hope I didn't mess up somewhere.

I feel like her romance should have been different. I romanced her in 1, did LoTSB and has the blue babies moment, and not she wont even touch me? Wont even talk about it? That is disappointing.
