I bought and finished ME2 quite a while ago, and only found out after that I had had access to a bunch of DLC I was unaware of. Here's the problem: To my understanding in order to have gotten any one of the DLCs (e.g. alternate appearance packs), I had to activate the Cerberus Network DLC and done something to activate them individually.

I am fairly confident I activated the Cerberus Network DLC: I redeemed the code on the website and logged in to the laptop in the main menu. When I played ME2 I was able to use the alternate appearances for my characters, even though I never did anything to activate that particular DLC.

However, at no point did I see or get a hint about the other DLC that was supposed to be included in this pack (Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, Firewalker pack, etc.). Nor can I see anywhere a way to access this content; there isn't anything evident on the DLC page on this website, there isn't any download option on the laptop in the game menu.

So, effectively, my understanding is that I own this stuff but I have no idea how to get to it and there's no instructions to guide me. Can someone help me out?
