i found the problem, my ps3 overheating and to solve this issue i have to remove the top cover of the PS3 to avoid overheating

Was the PS3 getting enough ventilation before you removed the cover

yes, i always make sure that my PS3 has a good ventilation everytime i use it. ME3 is the only game that i encountered this kind of problem.
