Just wonder what happen to your crew not your squads just the ships crew and why is udina councilor when I choose anderson as counciler just want to ask if anyone know

Ships crew was Cerberus, Alliance took control of the SR-2 Normandy after Arrival, and most likely didn't want Cerberus people on the ship, though you can recover a couple through ME3.

And Udina is the Councilor for humanity because Anderson stepped down at some point, likely after Shepard was relieved of duty, for one reason or another; likely to prepare for the Reaper invasion. Can't remember if Anderson went into details or not.

Hokay.

Udina is councilor because Anderson retired - he couldn't take the political infighting as said "screw this." Udina took over.
The engineers - Ken and... I'm blanking on the other one - are back working with the Alliance. You can pardon them and have them back on the ship.
Kelly Chambers has pretty bad PTSD, you can run into her in the refugee quarter, I believe.
Joker is back as your pilot, obviously.
EDI makes a return, obviously.


It's implied that most of the rest of the crew were either arrested, gone into hiding, or executed by Cerberus.

And at some point ANderson commandeers Normandy to pick James Vega up at Omega to escort Shepard to trial and eventual house arrest on Earth.
