Shoulda bought it on PS3 or PC if you didn't want disk swapping issues.

I literally takes 5 seconds to swap out disks. This was the same for ME2.
If people are going to rant, rant about something that is actually worth ranting about...

I'd rather disc swap than install a required spyware program that I have to keep open to play the game.

I think it's a pretty excellent point... if you don't want to put up with the BS of disc swapping... better invest in a PS3 or PC.

Origin; the intrusive spy program that monitiors your computer and all your interactions with it.
Given the choice of having to swap my discs every so often or have than on my computer; I'll take the swapping.

Ok fair enough. But I guess my point is that disk swapping occur in ME2 as well. So that itself, b/c of xbox drive limitations, was expected. But now people are upset b/c the amount of times you have to disc swap?
If that's a big issue for some? Fine. I am just saying that it's insignifcant enough to me to not even notice....

Yes, and that's the point; every platform has it's strings.

I only had to swap disks in ME2 at most 3 times
ME3 doesnt even compare.
I would have liked them to take care of it on ME2 also but since the 360 did not introduce the option to install games on the HDD untill 2-3 months before ME2 came out (or at least well within its development cycle) I figured they didn't really have the time to implement it, and between the DLCs and the development of ME3 they did not think it was worth patching it in (if that is even possible, another question people in this thread are asking). But ME3 having the same issue indicates that either it is not possible or they didn't invest any time or effort into it. Thats all people are asking. Was it an oversight or is it not possible alltogether? If its was a time issue its dissapointing since they took time to add Kinnect functionality to it and I guarantee you that far less people are going to use that feature than the install game on HDD and use disk one as authentication and not having to swap discs.i IIVIIorpheus wrote...
