Do you really think that such reaction is in Kalisah character, or her response to Paragon choice? ME3 is full of sensless, stupid, fake and artificial melodrama, like Battlestar Galactica... Characters talk too much, do fancy moves, pull out smartass answers but it is all soap opera. What is left when the most hyped big ME3 bubble deflates at the anticlimatic ending? What remains then? Like a bad blockbuster Hollywood movie you forget what you see when you leave the theater/your room...
