Play with it more than once. Use ammo. +Weapon damage.

The stun you get from hitting the enemy will make them vulnerable as they will be standing in one place, making a heavy melee attack unavoidable for them. You can build up Rage and keep it up really long. The stun you get from the Falcon is the only weapon which offers this. Its a really fun build, try it

That sounds about right.
Do you have any "extended mag" mod? I just equipped the level 4 mod to the Falcon and it has 10 shots per magazine. Not many things that can survive a full salvo of 10 grenades.

It's a rifle with detonatting rounds on proximity of target. Meaning you can use it to provoke targets out of cover. The only good use I've seen for it is to abuse it in smaller maps, like Glacier.
Other then that it's useful for trashing the first 3 waves on Bronze?

Yes, It's definitively a latency issue. The netcode for this game is so bad overall, and this weapon is a shinning example of it. If you were to be the actual host, you would NEVER have this problem. The only fix I found was to delay my shots more.
Join a game however, you have to be careful. It's like the Krogan melee lock-on that is completely broken only when joining games.

yep. Frequently shoots blank. Makes the weapon practically useless.
Unfortunately i've managed to get TWO of them out of packs to collect dust in my inventory.

you know, I was running into siuation where it seemes to be shooting blanks, but was definately still donig damage. Like nothing would come out of the gun, but the trooper i was aiming at would still fly up in the air and "Blissey1 [Falcon] Assualt Trooper" would still come up on the log.

I hate that gun....the fact that I have to walk around holding my fire button sucks.
Not to mention that I have to poke my head out of cover and stay there whenever I want to charge it up and fire.
