Beautiful people,

I just got ME3 in the mail. I'd been waiting for a long time. I downloaded all my Collector's Edition goodies and I was finally ready to start playing. Now the game is telling me that I am unable to import my Shep's face. This is particularly irksome as I played a female Shep I was really quite proud of; judging by the thousands of YouTube videos out there, I had a femShep that actually looked different. I understand you're working on a solution, but since we're playing on the 360, I'm going to have to ask whether this is something that is going to have to go through the weeks-long Microsoft certification process before we get to enjoy our custom Sheps again. Because that would be very problematic.

PS. Does having romanced only Kelly count as no ME2 romance?

That's what I thought but no, everyone who had a custom femshep has this problem. And no there has not been an address to this problem from bioware. Try searching be fire posting new topics, there is quite the sum of people having this problem.

I found this, but you need a USB drive. I do not have a USB drive other than a couple of HDDs. Damn.

not meant to be sarcastic. they said they are working on the fix. i am just saying that instead jumping through hoops trying use home fixes to resolve the problem i would wait for a fix thats inevitably coming.

*Fix*

Just beat the game again in less then 12 hours using a new ME2 save and all the data Checks out to be fine.... although all my previous saves from ME1->ME2 are not working.

i used ME2 DLC Genesis to change the past so i saved the council and such, wrex lived and Romanced liara, Rachi queen Saved. though since the Shadow broker is a DLC i didn't think you could romance liara since it was just a DLC so it say *Did not Romance anyone in ME2*
