I'm pretty sure the wiki was just edited to fit with the picture. This was just so lazy and half-assed on BW's part that it's mind boggling. It's not really a big deal, but it is indicative of what seems to be a growing trend with this company.LDS Darth Revan wrote...

This excerpt is from the Mass Effect Wiki, and from what I've seen Tali's photo fits it. So whether you like it or not, she is how Quarians look like.
