After getting back, Conn Officer Traynor told me that Chief Engineer Adams would like to speak with me. So, I went up to the Engineering Deck where he's located. He wasn't there. Only the other two engineers that I'd rescued earlier were there. After talking to them, they basically repeated what Traynor said. Adams wanted to speak to me.
So, I found Adams in the Crew Deck having coffee with the doctor that I'd recently recruited. They were talking about events that had occurred in ME2. So, I assumed something was bothering him and tried to talk to him. Only, when I try to talk, all I get is "hello, Commander" as if he has nothing to say.
Anyone else having this issue? How did you work around it?
UPDATE: Got him to talk after doing a couple of missions. Thanks to all who replied.
