With all these Bugs, some which are quite major, others minor, is there a way to five them for console owners? I'm sure PC players can always get a patch but can the same happen on a console?

Example, the Hanar Diplomat, the Heating Ducts. Those two citadel quests.

Apparently Romancing Liara is also bugged. I expected a few bugs, but three within a couple hours of game play is astonishing to me.
