 I've finished my playthrough of Mass Effect 3 and was wondering if how to access the console to screw around.

I do not believe this is possible for the full game. I'm pretty sure that Origin or the game itself runs a CRC check on the executable, so you can't hex edit the console in like you could in the demo.
