Problems importing? No response from bioware? I've kinda got a solution.

 I've been contacting them on facebook. I'm getting replies, but not necessarily answers. They've got our money already. They aren't losing anything by us sitting idle, threatening not to play the single player game. Our experience has been ruined, and all I want from bioware/ea is "I'm sorry, this was not meant to happen, we are working on this, and it will be done by INSERT DATE HERE" 

I don't like to complain, I'm easily pleased....but since this release I've been so darn irritated. Dedicated to the series, putting in 150+ hours, pre-ordering, paying for DLC, waiting in line at a midnight release, and now it's been 4 days that I can't even play. I've played a BIT of the single player, with a new shep, but I'll have to redo it anyways. 

I've posted on the mass effect 3 facebook wall, amidst all the marketing/critic reviews. They comment back to me, then delete my post as if It's resolved (They don't want anything negative on their wall)

I'm feel like we're treated as a thorn in their side, when this is a thorn in OUR sides, they have our money, and we can't even return the game!

I don't know if they won't answer because they're still figuring out how to solve the face problem OR because they're waiting to fix more patches. Still, if it's not fixed by next week, I'm gonna start playing something else and then Operation Raccoon City until it's fixed.

They are investigating the issue according to @masseffect on twitter.

Its only been two days since NA release. Give them some time. Companies usually don't say anything so soon in order not to spread false information.

This bug should never have made it into the full release.

Yeah this is a pretty big bug. Way too big to be in a final release. I posted all over their wall, let's hope they fix it before I trade my game in and move on.
