Check the game install location on your PC (C:\\Program Files\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\Bonus)

Unfortunately I'm still having issues. Only the soundtrack and wallpapers are available there. All the other art pre-order bonuses (art book, comic, lithograph, etc) are still missing. Anyone know what's up?

Edit: Figured out my issue.  Downloads failed for the remaining pre-order materials within Origin.  Restarted Origin and seems to be downloading successfully now.

Between Origin and "Your registered game content" here at social.bioware.com, I've been able to find all my ME3 pre-order content.  Good luck to the rest of you.

I have the same problem, Origin tells me the N7 collectors edition materials are installed, but I can't find the dog, the hoodie or the weapons.
I do have the From Ashes DLC though, so that install seems to be working.

Solution (possibly)
Okay - I just did a test - I loaded my save with Origin connected to the internet and all my extra weapons, the dog and the hoodie appeared in my game.
I then switched Origin to off-line mode and loaded the same save and all the Collectors Edition extra were still there so there you go, if you can find something load a save with Origin on-line and check for the items, it should then be there once you go off-line as well.
