I won't be surprised if they opt to give each ending its own individual DLC that continues the story from there rather than a "fix" or forth option DLC.

It's really in their best interests to do something. As a company interested in making money they can't just say "we're satisfied with what we did. Sorry you're not." That'll just flood Gamestop with plenty used stock and they know it.

Well, I guess it would be cool, but again it would just feel like something the community cried out for, not really original. I just want to see the hours after.

We need an alternate DLC ending desperately.

Other side missions and multiplayer DLC mean absolutely nothing at this point.

Bioware should see this and be glad that so many are anxious and willing to pay for DLC. It's an easy fix guys.

DLC is fine. One condition though: Drew Karpyshyn writes it.

Maybe, maybe not. Might as well give it a shot. We already know that Bioware pays attention to these forums.

Ending really just turned me off of gaming in general. And I'm a big gamer.
What upsets me is that I LOVED all of the game except the last 5 mins, It turned it all to ****.

I was always someone who boasted about how amazing Bioware writing is, After 5 years of Mass Effect this felt like a slap in the face.

I feel dumb for buying Collector's Edition w/ Collectors Strategy Guide now.

^ Most of my freinds that have beaten it aren't to happy about the endings, and they don't really post on the forums.

Plus, as someone else mentioned Bioware is supposedly good about listening to their fans, and what not. We'll see how that situation turns out, eh? Cause at the moment the poll shows pretty much everyone who has seen this thread/poll are not happy with the way things have ended in ME.

I think post endgame DLC will be impossible due to how different the game can end. I doubt there will be 3 DLC options for each ending.

The best solution seems to be DLC that takes place pre-endgame, but that influences endgame content and the ending itself.

We will probably get DLC that gives us several more missions to gather war resources and such. Maybe one or two DLC that gives more backstory to the whole Crucible/Catalyst entity, which will give us more options during the endgame sequence. This makes sense because you can re-launch the entire endgame sequence from your post-game save. I'm sure a lot of people (including myself) would purchase the DLC if it provided more backstory and meant a more satisfying endgame.

And of course don't forget the inevitable weapon and costume DLC.

I wouldn't be surprised if through the DLC packs, the endgame is streamlined into one best option that a lot people will want to achieve, allowing Bioware to set a singular stage for the next game that takes place in the ME universe. The sixteen different endings can be written off as the legend of Shepard being warped or exaggerated through time as it is retold countless times.

I'm just disappointed... the first 2 ME's you had choice as to what happens ALL THE WAY THROUGH IT and you could get different outcomes.. in ME3 you get the choices, but there seems to be less than in ME2, like a step back... BUT!! I still loved the game nonetheless, just not so much how our endings now instead of being unique to what we do are now all the same no matter what we do. Might as well play Halo Reach then instead of the last 15 minutes or so of ME3.

I just want what I was promised...answers...no more questions. This game would end...even if that meant Shepard. My problem with the ending were the consistent run of things that didn't make sense, and the lack of info with what they had just done. I was left with more questions than I went in with. Just give me some idea where things are headed...don't leave me in the dark which you promised you wouldn't.

I want my happy ending. 5 years, twenty-something Shepards, love, loss, tragedy, and hope. Now I want my happy ending. I know it's unrealistic, and I don't care. I live with realism every day of my life, and games are my escape from grim reality. If I can't get my happy endings in fiction, where am I supposed to get them?
