It's really easy to miss her in the Refugee area, and she dies during the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, which is fairly early in the game, making it even easier to miss her. They don't even show her dying, I just learned off it after the fact from a random conversation on the Normandy later. You overhear it in the engine room if you have Engineer Donnelly (or however you spell his name) and that, uh, other engineer.

She doesn't show up from what I understand unless you had dinner with her. I haven't seen her yet and I've been to the citadel more than once.

She can survive the Cerberus attack but you have to talk to her before it happens.  In mine she did.

The funiess i saw in this game was probobly the mako vs hammer head argument on the Normandi who was actuly everything that was said on this very forum on who was the best, it a shame that if you didn fallow the game for a whileyou wont be able to understand every reference that was made in it.

If you kept disconnecting the Council when you were reporting to them in the first game, when you talk to Joker after boarding the Normandy, he asks if you want him to call them so you can disconnect, for old times' sake. Later, he mentions it to Liara, who freaks out a little. "Shepard did WHAT?"

If you have Tali and Kaidan together on the geth destroyer, they have an argument about which omni-tool is best: Logic Arrest or Nexus. (They're both wrong, it's the Savant...)
