So after talking to her the first time I desided not to "Investigate" and talk to her more thinking that I would like to save it to later and I really wanted to go on a new mission. So now, 2h later, I return an she will not talk to me. She just tells me it's good to se me again.
So, you really only get one chance to ask her about being the Shadow Broker, about Feron and about Cerberus attacking the Shadow Broker lair?

That seems to be the case. I did that same thing with someone else, and wasn't able to continue the conversation later.

Those conversations with squadmates only happen once, as far as i know. If you don't do the "investigate" options, you'll never have them again.

But I saved the one with James and it was still there.
It has to be a bug. I think it's if the character has a quick remark to say about the last mission without going in to the conversationwheel. I guess I'll have to replay the mission.
