There are two instances so far where the best conversation choices are grayed out. One is the 1st encounter with the Illusive Man and the other is in trying to recruit Dr. Michel. I followed the guide suggestion and asked Dr. Chakwas to remain on the Citadel. When trying to recruit Dr. Michel, all I can get as a response is " I'll think about it" because the best conversation choices to recruit her are grayed out. What do I neeed to do to have all the conversation choices enabled?
