Hey,
From ME1 -> ME2 this worked perfectly. But now when I'm transfering ME2-saves to Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3/Save (The whole directories, e.g. "John_XX_Soldier_XXXXXX), ME3 finds the "folders" but not the saves in them. What could be the problem?
