Title say it all. When I click Gear icon and select option to add product code Origin shows me blank, grey window. Can someone help me?

do u have a popup blocker on your browser?
try Origins thru your browser instead of thru the desktop icon, or vice versa.
also, if that doesn't work, DL a new version of Origin, install that, and try again.
