I was watching the credits and founded this character voiced by Buzz Aldrin... Who in the hell is Stargazer? Maybe I just don't meet him on the ride, or I just don't catch the name.. but I want to know, who is this misterious guy.

Sorry if this is a repost.

Comically, his only lines are after the credits are done rolling.

Sure, why not?  Makes about as much sense as anything else in the endings.

It's a random old man. The child is the Catalyst boy. He's waiting for technology to get advanced enough so that he can ruin the franchise again.

Why do you assume it is a boy??? Sounds just like my 5 year old grandaughter.

I honestly thought it sounds like a little boy. It being a girl makes more sense though.

This had me literally laughing out loud... I love that guy and the song in the credits. Brings back memories of middle and high school when I would be watching TV in my bedroom before bed...

No, Joker can die. There's a verison of the ending where he doesn't come out of Normandy.

I don't believ Stargazer and the kid scene is suppoused to be a continuation of the Normandy scece. I don't beleive it's the same planet (except for 2 moons, it's completly different). My impression to that scene was that it was partially a meta-game scene, a commentary on Mass Effect or that maybe Shepard is real or whatever. I mean, this entire "did it really happened" thing.

And yeah, the kid is obviously suppoused to be the same one. So frankly, I don't think BioWare wanted us to analyze the scene as anything more than "Shepard became a legend" thing.

Lol yes, the tone of their voices is very similar. Of course, you can imediately tell Buzz ain't professional voice actor, but he still did decently. I don't have problem with his lines. The kid as Catalyst is much worse
