I have alrady downloaded the From Ashes DLC but can not play it because the ME3 server is down? I have internet and everything it just dosen't work.

I exited both Origin and ME3 and restarted both. I was able to successfully connect to the servers. I seem to remember this happening before where my internet connection was fine but I couldn't connect to the Origin servers til I relaunched the program.
