@Arkalezth
I figured the level ranges would represent where the bulk of the module takes place, and modders could put specifics in their description about where exactly the module begins and end. Modules that take players through many levels could just use multiple tags (i.e. low + middle) to show the breadth of the module. Regardless, we'll have to explain everything in a wiki somewhere.
As for the low/high magic (and gold), makes sense to me, but I was afraid that it would only apply to a few modules that really try to limit items and resources. To me at least, the high/low magic thing makes the most difference when it comes to laying out how the world/setting works. For the low magic worlds, magic is the exception, whereas high-magic worlds make it the everyday underpinnings of physics and society. As with gold, though, I assume most modules just follow the norms set down by the OC and the Forgotten Realms setting, and the exceptions are relatively few. I haven't played enough to know, though.
Speaking of my ignorance, does the Underdark warrant it's own setting, or is that just too specific to FR?
As for the class/Race/Feat/Spell category, I just remembered the Tome of Battle, which also did a mixture of those things but wasn't really a class pack. Ruleset changes? Expansions?
Bugfixes is a good one too, I'll add it above.

You mentioned a wiki, and I find there is one on the Nexus. I didn't realise it had these pages of guides for new users!
http://wiki.tesnexus...the_Nexus_sites
In any case, the explanations of the tags would be a natural fit there.

Ok, since this thread is slowed down a bit, I think I'll wait another few hours and mark it as final, posting the revised tag list to the nexus forums and hope that DarkOne- has time to fix things.
The only changes that still seem up for debate are the low/mid/high magic tags. If someone beside me and Ark wants to second them, I'll go ahead and throw them in.

Lugaid of the Red Stripes.. Well done for all the hard work and thought I hope you stuck in a "survival" one for yourself
.
Tell you what though having read the description and sticking in a post about what makes an adult mod Serene had to go in there and I couldn't find my own mod without saying I wanted to see adult content ! It's about the only thing I prefer about the vault system in that you can just put the rating in the description tags ( and they aren't so black and white ) without blocking something from view.

I definitely like the idea of low/mid/high-magic tags. The magic-level of an adventure can certainly impact whether someone wants to play or not. I'm much less likely to want to play a high-magic adventure, for example.
I think having some kind of script-related tags might be good as well. I know that there is a "scripts" category but that covers a lot of ground. Some entries under the scripts category might be whole systems (like HCR2) that would be primarily useful for builders, some are custom content packs (like Kaedrin's). There are also packs that purely feature fixes and those that include changes.
