For some reason the lip-syncing in the game is off by about 1 second in every conversation. Oddly enough sound effects or anything else in a cutscene or cinematic are not being affected, only the voices. I had this same problem, to a much larger degree, in Mass Effect 2, and it became incredbly annoying.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way on my end to fix it or is it just the game itself?

How is your PS3 connected to Screen and Sound?
1. HDMI (for sound and video)
2. Optical (sound only)
3. AV Multi (sound/video) (I don't use this but do have it set to Audio Multi out as well.
I am using Optical and HDMI video , have not noticed it however might not be noticing it.
I do normally see the lip sync issue but so far at least for now have not noticed it.

I'm using HDMI at the moment. I haven't tried it with AV to see if it makes a difference at all.

Experiencing the same thing. Some cut scenes would be spot on, and then some not X_X.
