So I started a Vanguard playthrough and whenever I charge, time slows down. Now time slows down as Charge animation happens, in ME2 it was only after Charge that time slowed down for a second. This behaviour is very annoying and disrupts fast paced combat flow. Can it be disabled somehow? Thank you!

Yes there is a minor time dilation thing with charge. No it can't be disabled.
