No soundtrack under "your registered game content" for CE.

I purchased the CE and my soundtrack isn't showing up on my registered game content.  Initally the store didn't have my CE so I got a regular edition.  I cashed in my online pass to get a jump and wait for the CE at a later date thinking my items would be a seperate download.  Got the CE finally and regeistered the new online pass.  I have all the weapons/armor/extra goodies but no soundtrack under registered game content.  This is honestly one of my most anticipated features of the CE.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Log into the game and while you are logged in, check the BSN to see if your content registered. Basically make sure your logged into both at the same time. My online pass and soundtrack did not show up until I did this despite the fact that I already submitted the codes for redemption. Also, use the top bar menu 'Games' dropdown - select 'Mass Effect 3' then 'Your registered game content' - instead of the 'My Games' link on the left side.

Do this once and it should show up permanently going forward, regardless of whether or not you are logged into the game.

yeah this happened to me as well, got it fixed though, but the forum badges and stuff don't show up.

You have to start the multiplayer once before you can find the Soundtrack download under the registered items.

Same. I am having issues, I have followed everything etc and my soundtrack isn't showing up. :@

No CE dlc, no soundtrack, no CE online pass under my 'registered game content' and can't access to the CE avatar.

Regular onlinepass + ce onlinepass = regular onlinepass

This is the problem.

Yep, I'm in the same situation. Got an online pass then bought the collector's edition stuff from a friend who bought two by accident, downloaded the new code and I got everything bu the soundtrack.

Same, I bought the reg copy at midnight, I didn't want to wait to play (Picked up my CE at 10am the next morning), I can't get the soundtrack to work either.

Ok so I took it into my own hands. If you're having this issue, contact EA customer support either via Live Chat or Phone. They will add it to your BSN stuff. I'm downloading mine now. Hope this helps.

I did this too. Took a while to get the message through, but EA sorted it all out for me. :D
