Does anyone know? Yes, I know it will bugger the cool downs massively, but 80% damage mitigation, along with a single weapon sounds awesome.
And how much does the weight affect cooldowns? Have not seen the maths for it.
Does Barrier and Tech armor stack?

Well since no-one answered, I tried it out myself. It does seem they stack. As well as the penalty. Throw is OK as a cool down, Warp is more problematic. But only 33rd level. Still need to see how pans out with max carrying capacity and cool down bonus....
PS, do NOT take shotgun, you really need more ammo in your gun.
