I read that it's really great for stripping shields, but I specced out of it when I used it on centurians (I think those are the cerberus guys) on Normal difficulty and it was taking 1-2 blocks off their shields, then an smg burst took over half of them away.
Is mine underperforming for some odd reason, or should it be doing so little to their shields?
Thanks for any tips.
Overload on Sentinel? Not sure mine's working :/

I can only think you're using the wrong power. Mine strips Centurions easily. On Hardcore, even.

With all the points in the power it will strip a shield completely from a centurion along with a nice stagger.

what about 1 point? the damage doesn't go up THAT much with the upgrades unless there's some sort of secret formula based partially on rank.

1 point is next to useless. The damage you see listed is not the amount of shield it removes, its the amount of damage it does to a targets health. The shield removable part is vastly boosted when you apply more points.
