bought From the Ashes with my collector's edition off of Origin, and it states that it's installed. It recognizes in Origins that it is purchased.

But I don't seem to have the DLC in my campaign. What's wrong?

This is happening to me as well but I pre-ordered and preloaded from Amazon.

I've tried to repair the install but it Origin never stops downloading data.

Anyone have any ideas?

I purchased the retail copy of the ME3: Collectors Edition - which claims I should have a code for the DLC. I've registered all my promo codes and have received everything BUT the From the Ashes DLC.

I have no ideas how to fix this and would love some sort of solution that doesn't involve me buying the DLC AGAIN.

I am getting this error as well. I cannot find a game code to redeem it either.

I am getting " DLC not Recognized" and "You must log into the Aliiance Network"... All my other DLC works great except for "From Ashes"... Help!

Yeah, I'm getting this problem as well. Can't load any of my saves because of this.

Got the same problem as Valiant. origin says purchased and installed. social.bioware.com says redeemed. game says wrong account, not authorized for from ashes.

Edit: Seems as if a repair install of the from ashes dlc fixed the issue for me. at least error is gone and from ashes achievements are listed. I'll see while playing..

Has anyone found a solution for this? I'm having the same problem as everyone. It shows that it's installed but when I start it up " DLC not Recognized" and "You must log into the Aliiance Network"... All my other DLC works great except for "From Ashes"...blah blah blah shows up. Any help is appreciated.

Is there no solution to this?! I have this too. Origin shows it installed, Bioware only lists a 'more info' option on my registered game content tab. I dont even know how to reinstall the add on...because I dont know how to uninstall it.
