 After Mordin sacrifies himself to cure the genephage I went to talk to Joker on the bridge. Garrus was there as well, after listening to all the great witty jokes I stroke up conversation with Garrus, and was walked back in to the control room just before the bridge. I walk back in to speak with Joker and EDI, noticing EDI wasn't there I speak with Joker.

After trying to speak with Joker, Sheapard is frozen standing in that spot. Unable to move. Saving and reloading did not help. Changing keybindings did not help. I had to load from a previous auto save.

Having the exact same problem after the mission on Grissom and after talking to Joker.
