For some reason my Shepard has suddenly taken on the Default look. Not sure why I did complete the game today though it kind of strange and off putting. Any help to make my Shepard look normals again? Or do I have to start over again.

Same thing happened to me.  The looks were just fine until a cut sceen (When VS first wakes up in hospital; the second trip to hospital) and suddenly I was stuck with the default look. 

I reloaded the autosave but still default look.

Loaded up the save prior to going to the citadel, still stuck with default look.

Loaded up earliest save I had.  Still stuck with default look.

2 days of asking what we can do and talking about the issue, yet still no Bioware response, welcome to the club.

I had this issue just briefly. When I restarted the game and manually loaded my last save, my Shepard's old appearance was back. But this should be fixed, wouldn't want to see this happen again. The default female Shepard is quite ugly and gave me a scare...

I have this issue, except I just started the game and realised my Shep didn't have his messy blonde hair like just nine hours ago... Wait ? Where's Enzo Shepard, the real one ?! I did what suusuuu sugested, but he's still there and he's not my Shepard !
I don't want to be rude but I want this fixed ASAP, seriously !
