I'm lost here. I don't have a downloadable content menu in game, I can't click the announcement for 'from ashes' (or nothing is happening) and I can't find any hint here and/or on origin.

Where can I actually BUY from ashes and where/how can I install it?

Or is it collectors edition only? Hasn't been released in Germany yet? Whateverotherreasonyoucancomeupwith?

I'd really appreciate some help... starting to feel rather dumb here.

Yes it's difficult to find, had me searching quite a bit during the ME2 day's.

thanks for the reply! however, I get this for the pc:

Launch the Mass Effect 3 game on your PC.
If you don’t have Origin or Mass Effect 3 on this PC, you can download and install Origin. Log in to Origin with the account that you used to purchase Mass Effect 3, and install Mass Effect 3.

From the Main Menu, choose “Downloadable Content” and follow the prompts to purchase the DLC in the Origin In Game overlay.


But I do NOT have the menu option "Downloadable Contet" can you actually see it in your menu?

I have got the CE and the same Problem, also from Germany. Maybe we can't get it yet.

Found my Problem at least, you have to avtivate the Origin in Game Option to see the menu.

here is how i did it.
open origin
right click on the mass effect 3 icon under the "my games" tab
left click "show game details"
another screen will pop up, at the top right corner choose "shop for add-ons"
i got it right in there

thanks mate! now I got it. But seriously, they are trying to sell the stuff - why hide it?
