I'll just pretend that Titan was turned into a jungle world and the Normandy crashed there and was quickly recovered with all surviving crew.
Sure Tali would be cut off from her homeworld, but at least she'd be with Shepard and the Migrant Fleet that's in the Sol system would be able to supply food to her and the rest of the dextro aliens trapped there.
Where is my happy ending?

Well until our hopes are confirmed, the synthesis option is my personal choice. I can't justify the death of edi and the geth without hope of being reunited with Liara

I looked at the game's files. There are two files:
End03_Shepard_Alive_Fem.bik
End03_Shepard_Alive_Male.bik
You can see the Male one there: End03_Shepard_Alive_Male
Apparently, some people got this ending. My question now is: how do we get it?
In any case, this seem the best ending possible.

You need over 5000 effective readiness. You need less if you have enough Paragon/Renegade to save Anderson. Then you choose the destroy the reapers option.

The last 20 minutes of ME3 effectively ruined the series for me.

Edit: I totally agree.
I got my effective military strength at 5500 and my readiness rating was at 88% and I got this ending

The happy ending can be found at a massage parlour in Bangkok.

I feel completely betrayed bioware has done it again to us first dragon age now mass effect. please give us the ending we want and deserve, its not that hard to fix it. knowing you have alot of people willing to pay for the endings that they want.

I won`t pay for something that should have been there in the first place.

I would pay large sums of money for the ending I've described. I don't care what the implications of that would be for the gaming industry, or that I'm being ripped off. I just want it. If Mac Walters shows up at the next NYCC I'm asking him why he chose to not have a happy ending.

Dear all,
Like you I have been severely disappointed and depressed by the endings of ME3 – well if we’re honest there’s only 1 real ending with some very slight variation!
I have a thought of another choice for Shepard which can be affected by your choices and the resources at your disposal. See what you think!
On the Citadel the Catalyst explains the three options it sees to Shepard but she (in my game Shepard is always female) refuses all of those choices, not wanting to cause mass genocide and the destruction of much of the galaxy. Instead she contacts EDI (we have already seen her be in contact with Hackett) to help her find another option. EDI has previous experience battling Reaper technology with the Collector base and with Cereberus’s continued attacks. The Catalyst does not understand why EDI does not comprehend the necessity of its actions. EDI can explain about how only through Shepard and her interactions with organics has she truly become “alive” and found meaning in it. She acknowledges that while it will never be perfect it is a beginning as synthetics and organics are working together to decide their own future.
As the battle against the Reapers becomes even more desperate EDI discovers a way to override the control the Catalyst has over the Crucible. With a final act Shepard disables the Catalyst and with EDI’s help sends a Reaper-specific pulse at the Reapers, disabling them and severing their connection to the Catalyst. With the Reapers weakened and in disarray, Admiral Hackett orders a final assault, destroying them. As Shepard sinks to the floor bleeding, EDI gets into contact with any surviving forces on the Citadel (remember C-Sec and Bailey?) to get help to her and Anderson.
Final scenes of reunion on Earth with LI and surviving squadmates, Anderson, Hackett etc with the massive task of rebuilding ahead of them. All races have taken heavy casualties and the balance of power is forever changed.
There is also the option that if you went in without being fully prepared that EDI can sacrifice herself to protect the people and things that she has discovered as important through her development as an AI.
In my opinion Shepard should never end up being some quasi-religious figure in the future as seen at the end of the credits. In her own words she’s “just a soldier” and in my mind – if you’ve amassed all the resources and brokered the peace between species – deserves some peace and the reward of seeing their LI and friends and just knowing that all of the effort and all of the sacrifice was worth it.
On a very personal note I would want an emotional reunion with my Shepard’s LI Kaidan! ;o)
