I have an NPC (chanter) and I'm looking to make him appear to be chanting with one hand forward (like some of the chanters in game do)
I've been told it might be a scripting thing so I should ask here. Any ideas?

As a specific example, you'd want to set two local variables in this case:
AMBIENT_SYSTEM_STATE, set to 1
AMBIENT_ANIM_STATE, set to 8
AMBIENT_SYSTEM_STATE, set to 1
AMBIENT_ANIM_STATE, set to 8

In case you were wondering about those:
AMBIENT_ANIM_STATE details can be found in ambient_ai.xls, 8 corresponds to preist_blessing
AMBIENT_SYSTEM_STATE is detailed in the same xls on the readme worksheet. In this case 1 corresponds to "0x01 (AMBIENT_SYSTEM_ENABLED) = Ambient behaviour enabled."
