Hi,
I have a consistent CTD whenever I try to go to Huerta Memorial Hospital in Citadel. This began after I went there for the first time to check up on Ashley's condition. Ever since, regardless of whether I take the elevator or try to dock to the hospital, I CTD instantly.
Help?

I have only mine consistently does this when I try to go to the Refugee Holding area. This started right about the time I began the Quarian arcs. No matter how I try to enter this area - either through the elevator or by starting there when I dock at the Citadel - I consistently crash. It wasn't bothering me too much until I got a fetch quest that completes there, and now I can't turn it in.
