[Mokokokomi]

I recently rebuilt my computer along with installing Windows 7.  When I go to re-intall Mass Effect, it requires a registration code, I punch it in and vwa-la!  When I go to "play" the game it comes up with a message saying I need a different registration code because the code I used is being used.  And that's where my problem begins, its the only code I have, so how do I go about getting into the game with my registration code?
