I've had a similar thing happen with me. I live in the UK, and pre-ordered with GAME. When they stopped stocking, I pre-ordered with playtime.co.uk instead. Normally pre-order codes get sent with a email, often the receipt or something like that. According to playtime, they haven't got the codes yet as getting the stock was so last minute.
Any help Bioware? Please? I pre-ordered with GAME for their Valkyrie and Defender armour but I'll honestly just be happy with the Argus M55.

Same here... Preordered and didn't get promised DLC... Would be nice to hear answer from bioware about this.
