 I've contacted BioWare/EA via the phone, and the lovely woman in customer support asked me to post a topic here so they could track if anyone else was having this problem because she wasn't finding anything in the in-house support database similar to my issue. When I purchase Veteran or Spectre Packs using real world money (in this case, my PlayStation Wallet), I seem to have a 50/50 ratio of successful purchases and "One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support." All of them are getting charged to my Wallet, but not all of them actually make it through to the game.

Has anyone else here had this problem and just not spoken up about it yet?

are you accessing the store via the game? if so try via the PS3 menu for store (exit game)

I read that there might be issue like that not 100% sure

My issue is that it keeps giving me the 80023102 error code. Even tried to add funds in through my account management and it won't allow. Already checked my bank and there's no issues or blocks. I have no idea why this is happening. Another friend of mine is experiencing this too. At the beginning we were able to purchase a bunch of the packs. Now, nothing but this error code.
