Hi All,
after installing Origin and the game, I have tried to run it and it keep saying that this software is not compatibile with 64-bit system.
I have tried to run game as admin - the same. I have ran Origin as admin - the same.
Does anypone have any ideas how to deal with this, please?
Thanks!,
Andy

Right click the mass effect icon, click compatibility mode tab and choose something like windows xp sp3

Are you from Europe? If so, I can explain this. Your ME3 is locked, and the exe is crypted. It will become playable only tomorrow. This is sad but true.

Yes, I'm from Europe, and release date is today.
The issue was technical - I doubt that release date would have to do anythjing with compatibility.
Anyway, issue is now gone. Somehow reinstall (twice...) helped. I'm still not sure what was the root cause of the issue, though.

Nope, it didn't help either.
But now it works. Just in case somebody will have similiar issue like I had :
I have manually deleted the folder with ME3 game. then install it again. It failed to run, so I did it once again, and after third attempt it started to run. There must have been some random bug during the install... I don't see any reason why the game would run after third installation.
I have read somewhere that people suggested to install latest DirectX. I did it like week or two ago, so in case you have same issue as I, please, install latest DX, and then install again ME3.
Having said that, I'm going back to the game...
